Where Infrastructure Meets Excellence

Who We Are

A Fourth-Generation Self-Performer

Founded in 1946, Posillico is a fourth-generation, family-owned construction company and a multi-disciplined self-performer — heavy civil, materials, environmental, paving, trenchless, drilling, utilities, wastewater, and marine. Posillico delivers work through Design-Build (DBIA), Design-Bid-Build, and Best Value procurement, backed by $500M single-project and $2B aggregate corporate bonding capacity and a long-standing reputation as an industry leader in safety.

One Posillico

Divisions & Sister Companies

The Water & Infrastructure Division is one of several integrated, self-performing Posillico divisions and companies operating across Texas. This structure lets the division draw on the wider Posillico family's resources — including Texas materials operations (a concrete plant in Eagle Pass and a state-of-the-art asphalt plant in Raymondville) and cross-divisional trenchless and drilling capabilities — to self-perform more of every project and control quality, schedule, and cost end to end.

Texas Presence

Growing Across Texas

Posillico operates three Texas offices — Mission, Austin (Texas corporate office), and Houston — supporting a growing portfolio of water, wastewater, and infrastructure work across the state.

Safety Culture

Safety Is Non-Negotiable

A proactive safety culture built on pre-task planning and leading indicators. A project-specific Safety, Health and Environmental Management Plan (SHEMP) is developed for every job. Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR), Lost Time Incident Rate (LTIR), and Experience Modification Rate (EMR) run well below industry averages. Field work is reinforced by the Arrowsight remote video-auditing program and Procore quality & safety software.
